Getting around

After you login to your website you will see a black menu + a tan sub-menu at the top of your screen. These are the Administration menus. The tan administration menu is where you can find most content, add new content, and work with menus and taxonomy. 

This guide covers the most commonly used items on these menus.

The hamburger menu + Manage (far left) clicking on either one will turn the next row  (administration menu) on and off. If you're administration menu is not visible, click on these to toggle the admin menu on/off.

sunetid toggle for logout

SUNetID  - Click on your SUNetID to toggle the sub menu on/off, which allows you to Logout.

Logout/profile menu
  • Click on Log out to view the site as the general public would.
  • Profile info should be kept the same.
  • Click the hamburger menu or Manage links to bring back the administration menu.

 The blue Drupal drop always brings you back to the home page.

All Content Menu

This is where you will find  All content (basic pages, events, people, news, etc.) + All Media (all images, files, embeddable, Google forms & videos) live. You can also look for bulk content criteria for basic pages, news, events & people under Manage Content.
